Lynda is a Registered Nurse, Midwife and Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse who holds a B. Cur. Degree in Health Science Education and Community Health Science, an MBA from Regenesys Business School and is a Senior Neuroscience COMENSA accredited Coach, NLP Practitioner and Multiple Brain Integration Techniques Coach. Lynda completed her Neuro Link Brain Profiling at University of Pretoria and is also a level 2 (individual and team) Enneagram Practitioner and Health Coach.

She has enjoyed a challenging and rewarding career, from which she has gained tremendous insights and learnings. She has 30 years’ experience in Leadership Roles in both For Profit and Not for Profit organisations. She has been recognized by her peers and received numerous Awards including the 2007 winner of CEO’s Most Influential CEO in the Health Category during which time she was CEO and Board Member of the global Walter Sisulu Paediatric Cardiac Foundation.

She is a life-long learner who has a deep understanding of self and others, Lynda shares her experiences, insights, learnings and inspirations for the benefit and empowerment of others. She is passionate about Authentic Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Mindful Health and is an inspiring and knowledgeable facilitator. Her Neuroscience Coaching and Facilitating is strength focused and outcomes based and her process is driven with methodologies, practical tools and techniques carefully applied to ensure the desired outcomes are reached for individuals and teams.
