He is interested in people’s upliftment and personal development. Jimmy uses Isipho the Gift coaching model where he integrates various coaching tools including but not limited to the Transactional Analysis (TA), Gestalt, and the Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) methods of coaching whilst using the Integral Model as a framework and Leadership Circle. Other tools include the Enneagram in Business and Neurozone. As a coach, he creates an enabling environment to increase self-awareness, performance, development, and fulfillment. Furthermore, he helps clients maximize their performance, through achieving measurable results in alignment with explicit business or individual needs. He also assists clients to discover their life purpose and help them align it with their personal vision. As a coach, he has the experience and capability to ensure value in every coaching interaction thus enabling people to go beyond what they thought was possible.

Recent coaching clients have been both in the private and public sector at the middle, senior management, and executive levels. Government Departments that have been conducting individual coaching, include the Department of Public Works (provincial); Department of Health, and Department of Forestry Fisheries, and the Environment Chief Directorate- Oceans Economy. In the public sector, I coached, Chief Directors; Directors; Deputy Directors, and Hospital Managers. I coached the senior manager at Roche Sequencing Solutions in Cape Town (which is a multinational company in SA); and also coached the CEO of the Botanical Society of South Africa.
