BUSINESS FOUNDATION PROGRAMME

If you have passion, drive, vision and a great idea which you have validated or an existing business which you wish to structure properly and prepare a strategy for, our Business Foundation Programme is for you.

This entry-level programme, which includes support from a business coach together with our customised e-learning programme, is designed to take you from having an early-stage idea or an unstructured existing business to a position where you can take your business to the next level.

This three-month foundation process will assist you in developing your big idea or formalising your existing business via a comprehensive business plan, understanding business compliance requirements for everything from the Companies Act to taxation and finance and implementing these to ensure your business is compliant.

We have also included a resilience programme to help you cope with the stresses of being an entrepreneur as well as tools, tips and techniques to develop your business pitch.
